Archer Milton Huntington

Archer Milton Huntington was the son of Arabella Huntington and the adopted, possibly biological, son of railroad magnate and industrialist Collis P. Huntington. A lifelong friend of the academy and the arts, he is known for his scholarly works in the field of Hispanic Studies and for founding The Hispanic Society of America in New York City, as well as his many contributions to the American Geographical Society.
