This piece of work is a vibrant expression of the fall season in Minnesota. It has two bare trees with many dark-colored branches within a prairie that has grass expressed in strong red, yellow and brown hues, with highlights of yellow. We know it is falling because there are still hints of green trees in the far distance and on the horizon. The blue sky and light small clouds remind us that fall in Minnesota is one of its most beautiful seasons.
