A landscape-oriented painting with a somewhat light reddish-purple background. Occupying the space are three types of squash arranged into a composition. In the front is a bright yellow squash, and to its right and slightly behind is a white patty-pan squash. Both of these were grown at home by my mom. And in the back peeking over the two is a dark green buttercup squash from a farmers' market.
