In a dark cave is a temple with columns.  Carved into the rock are the words "Temple of Death".  There is a statue of a nude woman laying on the floor made of stone.  She has a dot in the middle of her head.  A second figure is the same woman glowing with strips of light bent like a rainbow extending into the background.  There heads are on the right and nearly touch each other.  The second figure can be thought of as the spirit of the first figure leaving the body.
