Glowing Hills 

This canvas was first painted gold and after letting it dry, I squeezed out red acrylic in a gestural manor. I think I achieved a cool composition with little re-work. I love the raised texture of red lines and blobs on gold.

Un Petit Probleme

In Splotches of Autumn, I focused on using an abstract approach to applying the paint to paper in a swift, smooth motion - delicately scraping the medium across the surface.
