Japanese-Brazilian artist Mayumi Ito drew these festive faces and Reiko Sudo utilized the technological advancements of the late twentieth century to create this fabric. The use of a figural pattern is unusual for NUNO, as the company's designers tend to favor abstract or non-referential imagery.
