The ceremony to end Shabbat (the Sabbath) is called Havdalah, which means "separation" and takes place just after dark on Saturday evening. The ceremony begins with pouring a cup of wine and lighting a special candle with four wicks braided together. Special stands such as this one hold the candle in place during the ceremony.
