110th design by Kōkei. Actor Onoe Shōroku II (1913-1989) as Kudō Suketsune 工藤祐経 in the play "The Felicitous Soga Encounter" (Kotobuki Soga no taimen 寿曽我対面), performed at the Kabuki Theater in November of 1988. The brothers Soga Jūrō and Gorō are trying to avenge the death of their father who was killed by the villain Suketsune.
