Valance of faded celadon figured silk, large sprays of lotus and wine foo dogs in shades of blue, cream, tan, pink,grey, rust, green and black. The manes and tails of some of the dogs embroidered with silk threads which have been wound with peacock feathers. Chiefly satin and couched stitch, but some areas in knot stitch. Lower and end borders of black satin embroidered with running peony design in shades of blue and white. Border frayed at edges. No lining.
