Skirt of blue-black silk with 5-clawed dragon border and medallions brocaded in chartreuse yellow. Around the bottom a band of gold and black brocade of interlocking Y pattern. The skirt is pleated with stitched box pleats below the waist band. Cf. 42.8.205,212 for similar tailoring and design.
