Kussaba or square shawl. Small pieces embroidered and joined together so skillfully that the right side gives the effect of being woven. Completely covered with vase, floral, leaf and arabesque design. Predominating color red, with 8 large figures delicately outlined in white. Black and blue next in importance, with yellow least. Small black center, with Mohammedan characters in white thread. Narrow fringed border of red, blue, yellow, tan and black squares.
